App Inop

I have restarted my iPad, updated iPad, uninstalled app, and reinstalled app and it still will not work for me. It works with my iPhone but not on my iPad mini can yo please fix this issue or at least give me some tips on how to fix this. Whenever I click on the app it pops up but then closes its self
